Breaches of These Terms and Conditions
If you breach these terms and conditions in any way, CEPS may take action deemed appropriate, including suspending your access, prohibiting you from accessing the site, blocking your IP address, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Variation
CEPS may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. Revised terms and conditions will apply from the date they are published on this website.

Assignment
CEPS may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with its rights and/or obligations under these terms and conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent.
